Returns & Refunds – Lana Lang Shoes

At Lana Lang Shoes, we want you to love your footwear. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at online@lanalang.com.au or 0424 197 898.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery via trackable post.
  • Shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original box with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Customers cover return postage. We recommend keeping a tracking number.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt of goods.
  • Exchanges are available if the item is in stock. Otherwise, we offer store credit or a refund.
  • Additional shipping costs apply for replacement items.

Order Cancellations

  • Online orders cannot be amended or cancelled once processed.
  • Please ensure all details are correct at the time of ordering.

Price & Store Credit

  • We follow the recommended retail price and do not price match other retailers.
  • Store credit does not expire but must be redeemed in-store.
