Returns & Refunds – Lana Lang Shoes
At Lana Lang Shoes, we want you to love your footwear. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at online@lanalang.com.au or 0424 197 898.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery via trackable post.
- Shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original box with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Customers cover return postage. We recommend keeping a tracking number.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt of goods.
- Exchanges are available if the item is in stock. Otherwise, we offer store credit or a refund.
- Additional shipping costs apply for replacement items.
Order Cancellations
- Online orders cannot be amended or cancelled once processed.
- Please ensure all details are correct at the time of ordering.
Price & Store Credit
- We follow the recommended retail price and do not price match other retailers.
- Store credit does not expire but must be redeemed in-store.
