"Consumer guarantees and refund rights

Most products and services consumers buy come with automatic consumer guarantees.

If a consumer guarantee isn’t met you may be entitled to a refund, repair or having the goods replaced, depending on the problem.

You have the same rights whether you shop in-store or online, as long as you're buying from a business - not a private seller.

If you change your mind or pick the wrong size or colour, you're not automatically entitled to a refund. Businesses that offer refunds or exchanges for any reason are offering more than the Australian Consumer Law requires. So if you're buying an item as a gift, check the store's refund policy before you buy. "

Change-of-Mind Returns & Exchanges

For online purchases, we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided:

  • Shoes are unworn, undamaged and in their original box, with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.
  • The customer pays return postage or can return the shoes directly to the store.
  • We recommend using a trackable service for return postage.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.
  • Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Exchanges are available subject to stock.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we can offer store credit or a refund.
  • Any exchange or replacement postage costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Sale items are not eligible for online change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed. Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Pricing & Store Credit

We sell at the recommended retail price and do not price match.

Store credit does not expire and can be redeemed in-store.
